Reason:
I want the pricing information for each runner. This can be obtained by calling the API but I figure its easier to just have a json that gets updated daily
The json is small so I'm just leaving it on s3 and we can fetch if its needed instead of putting it into clickhouse. Maybe we do want to put it in clickhouse tho so we can do joins in queries
