Hi Prof,
I used a VSCode extension called
markdown-pdfto convert each markdown file to a pdf, but I think going forward there's a cool service called gitbook where it runs effectively like a server to which you can push your repo and it'll keep editing the book; i think it takes a fair amount of configuration at first but if you're pursuing a book that you're consistently editing it might be worthwhile?
