Welcome to the picoCTF-2019-problem-development wiki!

Thank you for being willing to help out with the CTF this year. We wanted to put together a number of challenge development resources/examples for new developers.

Before kind starting any kind of work, please realize that we don't want problem developers public posting the problems or the solutions for the duration of picoCTF 2019 competition. We will also need everyone to sign this document stating that CMU is allowed to host your problems: Legal Agreement.
