Describe the bug
If you search comments with author:Pleb using the Administator account, then you'll see nor results:

http://localhost:8080/comments?cq=author%3APleb

However, if you run the same query when you are logged out, the correct results will be returned

The issue is that author is not downcased on indexing. This is fixed by #526. Different behavior is due to special handling for author not downcasing the term.
