Vagrant project for Magento 2 developers

With current configuration Vagrant will:

1. Run Ubuntu 14.04 box (Apache 2.4, PHP 5.5.9, XDebug, MySQL 5.6, Rabbit MQ)
2. Install and configure all software necessary for Magento 2
3. Install the Magento 2 application
