Updated current tech lead information in about.md

This pull request updates the tech lead information in the about.md file to reflect the current team leadership. The changes ensure that the documentation remains accurate and up-to-date for contributors and users.

Thank you for being the first to open a response! This looks good, and I'm glad you added all the profile links for yourself, too. Two minor things:

• There is one minor capitalization adjustment in this file and we're almost there.
• The only other thing to adjust is to make an update to https://github.com/oss-slu/oss-slu.github.io/blob/main/src/data/people/currentGradTechLeads.json. You should add yourself to this list, and move Adithya's entry in that file to https://github.com/oss-slu/oss-slu.github.io/blob/main/src/data/people/prevGradTechLeads.json.
