Description

Changed license to AGPL-3.

I see no reason to change the license in connection with the launch of a consolidated source code on OS2 display for the following reasons:

1. The current Mozilla license used in OS2 display is the license that OS2 uses as its standard license.
2. There is no evidence that an investigation has been conducted to determine whether upstream components are used or if there are other factors that prevent changing the license type (legal validity).
3. A formal decision must be made by the board and the coordination group, indicating that a license change will be undertaken, and that they are prepared to assume the legal responsibility for such a change.

Based on the reasons outlined above, I suggest closing this PR and retaining the existing license, with a note stating that "a license change will occur when OS2 generally decides to change the license type, and that a thorough investigation has been conducted to determine if there are any legal complications associated with such a change."

@agnetemoos: we need to raise this discussion to the OS2display coodiantion group as well as to OS2 mgt.
