Instructions to run

1. Create a python environment: virtualenv venv -p /usr/bin/python3.5
2. Activate it: source venv/bin/activate
3. Install dependencies: pip install -r requirements.txt
4. Run the script: python scrap.py

The script will create folder for each year and put in files folder.
