Add femto bolt camera mesh

• Update CMakeLists to export the mesh models
• Fix header includes for ROS Iron
• Add the femto bolt camera model (exported from https://github.com/orbbec/OrbbecHardware)

The Femto Bolt XACRO and STL files are available through orbbec_description. The femto_bolt.stl is available here.

Is the added DAE file more accurate, or why do you need the mesh file in a different format?

Also, the origin is not at the mounting screw. I would be up for replacing the femto_bolt.stl in this repo with one exported from the Femto bolt.stp using the same frames.
