@jiapingzeng - Are these blog changes? If so, I need for you to note EXACTLY where in the blog these changes belong since we are NO longer merging content to publish - and thse are made manually in Word Press.

Hi @pajuric, it is a blog change. In https://opensearch.org/blog/introducing-mcp-in-opensearch/, section "Claude for Desktop integration" > "Step 1: Configure Claude for Desktop", would like to make these two changes in the config code block:

  1. change test-opensearch-mcp to opensearch-mcp-server-py
  2. Add comment // these are optional if you already have local credentials or EC2 instance role underneath existing comment // For IAM Role Authentication

Thanks!

@jiapingzeng - I need for you to move your requested blogs edits to a blog issue (https://github.com/opensearch-project/project-website/issues/new), and put them into markdown while highlighting the edits in the text. Because we're no longer merging content, it's tough to just insert edits and not know for sure where they belong.
