**Attention:** This contains #6742! Additionally, this adds changes that also went into legacy to the changelog and changes the order to when the PR was merged, not created (see opencast/helper-scripts#80).

Not 100% done and might soon be obsolete with the switch to Github's automatically created changelog, but still wanted to push it because it's very helpful for minor releases for me right now, so might be helpful for @jduehring and @dennis531 as well.
