Why the changes in this PR are needed?
To add Tavo's open-source AI risk management CLI & SDK which leverage OPA, to the official OPA Ecosystem page (
openpolicyagent.org/ecosystem/). This makes the tools more discoverable for the OPA community.What are the changes in this PR?
