This has not been merged yet anyway, but the proposed RPC replacement (https://evmos.lava.build) is also offline for a long time by now.

The last root update on Evmos happened on March 6, 2024 despite several dispatch events that happened afterwards.

I'd suggest to change it to https://evmosevm-rpc.polkachu.com.
It's not listed in chainlist.org, but its the only EVM RPC that still seems to have data from not relayed dispatch events (unclear for how long that'll be the case so time might be of essence to not run into uneccessary efforts to fix the problem).

If the latter is not relevant, this one should also do it: https://evmos-evm-rpc.publicnode.com
