Match the styling of other en-US.ini files Kept the User part of User-defined Shader so that it alphabetically gets sorted near bottom of right click drop down...which is nice. User/Custom Shader Other filters have / in the name...so that felt natural.

Other filters have / in the name, so that felt natural.
Changed expand left/right/top/down like the crop effect, It feels as though there should be some grouping to these options, maybe there's a function somewhere to add a header to the UI, I think that's where the (Add Pixels) would really belong.
