feat(RecipeView): Acquire screen wake lock

Closes #2826

While viewing a recipe the screen of the device will no longer lock automatically, making it easier to follow a recipe while cooking in parallel.

None that I can think of.

• I created tests for newly added PHP code (check this if no PHP changes were made)
• I updated the OpenAPI specs and added an entry to the API changelog (check if API was not modified)
