documentation looks good and code should not need to be changed
however, I accidentally merged develop_redesign_week4 wrong and it is difficult to merge with the new default branch (develop_redesign_armCommands2). I can't figure out how to take your single commit on documentation and move it to develop_redesign_armCommands2 without taking the rest of the branch. Is there a way?

I figured out how to cherry pick the documentation changes into develop_redesign_armcommands2. This branch will be deleted soon |

Added documentation for
Arm.javaand addedTODOswhere I think some clarification or improvement are needed.The source is untouched except for minor cosmetic changes (e.g. consistent indentation, removing trailing whitespace).
