I dont think we want this yet, but was playing around with a possible FIFO approach if we want. Definitely dont think we should merge this with V1 but wanted to see what it would look like. Im sure there are some more optimization we should/could make but technically works. Does have a few "gotcha" but would "self correct". Treat this just as POC
