widget shows the averages as previously just adds shows the last 5 in history without having to go to the reporting section
changing display HTML to say Local instead of GMT. Maybe later or someone else can/will write in the dynamic code to show the actual local tz

update the GMT in display window to Local, maybe later I or someone can change it from static to dynamic grab of the tz
