This repository contains examples of HTCondor submit files and run scripts for performing computing jobs on the University of Wisconsin Center for High Throughput Computing (https://chtc.cs.wisc.edu/) resources.

These examples are relevant to the Molecular Imaging / Magnetic Resonance Technology Lab (https://mimrtl.radiology.wisc.edu/) but may be useful to others using CHTC or similar resources.
