Add Green Screen example #619

Adds Green Screen example. This should fill in many of the gaps for users who want to use multiple devices but don't know how to best do that.

Currently WIP. It will not run as one of the tests right now. That needs to change soon. Many other things also need work, but it's time to start to have eyes on it.

Description of the changes:

Added Green Screen example which uses multiple cameras. See README for more detail.
