Static builds

Nothing much has changed here except the dependencies being updated and we are now building static binaries.

Add cgit description support

This release adds some very minor improvements but improves the release bins since they are now built as static.

This is a bug fix release to address a race condition that might have occurred.

This is an initial release of git-sync for those who want to try it out. It has all of the large features that I wanted to add completed such as support for authenticated ssh and http push and pull.
