Added support for SmartMi Air Purifier
Updated reading methods, fixed issue not correctly addressing smart Mi
using sleep instead of silent mode
changed mode sleep to mode night
Deployed and tested version. added gesture mode setting & reading, added tvoc reading, updated documentation

Beside the existing Air Purifiers I've added the Smart Mi Air Purifier (zhimi.airpurifier.za1).
The protocol is miio so it is close to the existing H3 purifier but the ids changed.
In addition the SmartMi Air Purifier supports gesture mode and tvoc sensor.
