The method now uses the value of 'vim.Diagnostic.bufnr', if it is set, instead of always using 'self.bufnr'.

The method now uses the value of
vim.Diagnostic.bufnr, if it is set, instead of always usingself.bufnr.This feature is useful, when executing a linter once, returns lints for the entire working directory.
