These additions allow switching between Calico and Cilium CNIs in dev-env-integration test

  • Added CNI_NAME env variable to allow changing between Calico and Cilium CNIs
  • Added CILIUM_VERSION env variable
  • Simplified CALICO_MINOR_RELEASEand CALICO_PATCH_RELEASE into one CALICO_VERSION env variable
  • Separated install calico playbook tasks into its own file
  • Added install cilium ansible playbook
