Heltec MeshPocket
This PR adjusts the ADC downward on the MeshPocket to make it more accurate. I struggled to find a number that was well suited as 4.535 seemed to be the most accurate when testing normal battery drain while 4.750 appeared to be correct because the manual says that external devices stop charging at 5% remaining. Since I could not decide on which to go with i decided to average them (4.535+4.750)/2 = 4.6425
