This is due to the fact that the other calculation is crashing right now on partial streams and I do not understand how it can work propertly w/o creating buffers that have duplicated pts values.

Instead of working with queues or others, we set the initial PTS value and use the payload sizes to find the correct next_pts value. Fixes membraneframework/membrane_core#946
