Hi Mark.

Please review my changes. One (in /lib/) is a simple bug fix and the other (in /bin/) is an issue that could probably be solved into netbeans but I couldn't see where. I wrote a short article here: http://noteslog.com/post/netbeans-6-9-1-ruby-1-9-2-rails-3-0-0-debugging/

Now, I tested a rails app and a no rails app. The rails app works fine, and I can inspect Global Variables, even if it's slow at receiving them. The no rails app works almost fine. When inspecting Global Variables, ruby.exe breaks and the debugging session ends. I can send you a trace, if you're interested.

Anyway, thanks for making it work.

Regards,
Andrea

…y-debug-ide

the host variable was used before resetting it to a default value when empty;
reference to ruby-debug-ide 0.4.9 was very misleading
…ls 3.0.0

this could be a netbeans issue, but it's apparently easier to fix it here
