… nodes Introduced a new configuration option 'pc.recover_minimum_weight', (default = 0) which is designed to work in tandem with pc.recovery. When set, this new option controls PC state recovery file's lifecycle. Also added logic to abort bootstrapping if PC state recovery file is found on start.
