This change gives the option to insert tags into the body of a note with a new setting "Insertion Point" with options "Cursor" or "Frontmatter".
When set to "Cursor", generated tags are inserted at the editor's current cursor position.
When no editor is available (e.g. when running "Generate Tags" from the file/folder context menus), the plugin gracefully falls back to inserting into frontmatter and notifies the user.
No breaking changes - Tags continue to insert into frontmatter by default for existing users.
