Event Notifier

Hybrid of Scribe server + HTTP Comet server using Mochiweb.

Scribe port runs on 1464.
HTTP port runs on 8888.

Pre-alpha, just checking this in to get it released.

You can forward messages to the daemon from scribe to port 1464. To subscribe to events:

http://localhost:8888/subscribe/<Scribe_Category_Name>

You can also subscribe to multiple categories by seperating them by comma.
