Refactor protocol files to improve organization and clarity: - Rename protocol packages - Introduce new validation and request handling classes for schema operations - Enhance error handling with detailed error messages for schema operations - Created new api and api test projects - Moved protos into root protos folder This change lays the groundwork for future enhancements and improves maintainability.
