What is the purpose of this PR? It seems to be a variety of individual clean-ups, but I'm not sure that most (or any) of them are truly necessary and the PR is missing a description. (and the title definitely doesn't seem to match the PR)

I was exploreing the pom.xml generation process by command
mvn install -DskipTests -Dmaven.test.skip=true -pl modules/openapi-generator-maven-plugin -am which run inside the container
