Add working GPT-4 integration via Naas API. First draft to test if Naas AI models can be accessible via API in ABI marketplace modules, potentially offering an alternative to core modules when IT departments block AI provider APIs. - Includes barebone CLI with interactive chat, single message, and test commands - Functions in enterprise environments (Windows, firewall, SSL Zscaler) - Secure environment variable configuration (NAAS_TOKEN from curl analysis)
