Added
FillPathWithBrush() was defined in the cpp, but was not exposed to c#. It is now using FillPath(D2DGeometry geo, D2DBrush fillBrush)
CreateEllipseGeometry(D2DEllipse ellipse), to do so from an existing ellipse
