forgot to update cmakelists earlier to keep version consistent between building from source and users who already have sfml installed. |

Fix for #86. Fixes build error where cmake min lower than 3.5 is no longer supported by cmake.
Upgraded SFML from 2.5.1, which was the closest version that addressed the build issue.
