1、Add an organization

Enter the menu "Organization Management - Organization Information - Head Office - Add" to add a branch

After entering the branch information, click "Save" to add the branch successfully.

The property account can modify, delete, and add affiliated communities to successfully added branches.

Branch affiliated community
In the menu bar "Organization Management - Organization Information - Head Office", select the affiliated community of the added branch.

Click "Add", select the cell and click "Submit", the branch is successfully associated with the cell.

Add department
Click on the menu bar "Organization Management - Organization Information - Branch - Add" to add a department.

After entering the department information, click "Save".
The successfully added department is displayed under the branch menu, and can be modified and deleted.

Add employees
Click on the menu bar "Organization Management - Employee Information - Add Employee". image

reset Password.
The default employee account is the employee name, and the default password is "123456". Click "Reset Password" in the picture above and "Confirm Reset" in the picture below to reset the password.

Add permission group
Click on the menu bar "System Management - Permission Group - Add Permission Group".

image Fill in the permission group information and save it, and the permission group is added successfully.

Employee assignment permissions
Click "System Management - Employee Permissions - Locate Employee" on the left menu bar. image Select the employee and click "Add Permission" to assign permissions to the employee. image

Employees can be assigned permission group permissions or custom permissions.
Assign permission group permissions to employees. Select the corresponding permission group and click "Submit", the employee permission group is assigned successfully.
Assign custom permissions to employees. Click "Permissions", check the corresponding permissions and click "Submit" at the bottom of the page, the employee's custom permissions are successfully assigned.

Employee login system
The employee can log in to the system according to the name and password (the default is 123456, or you can reset the new password on the employee interface). The area he can see is the area to which the branch belongs, and he can only see the functions and menus within the scope of authority.

Note that if all permissions are given to a branch employee, then he is the administrator of the branch
