I removed the sections "What is the right thing to do for variables that have no CF standard_name?" and "For the NCEI netCDF template V2.0, how should we populate the various publisher attributes (publisher_name, publisher_institution, publisher_url, publisher_type, publisher_email, publisher_phone)?" so that the information can be incorporated into the IOOS Metadata Profile in the ioos-metadata repo without duplication.

I propose to remove the FAQs about publisher and CF Standard Names (specifically "What is the right thing to do for variables that have no CF standard_name?" and "For the NCEI netCDF template V2.0, how should we populate the various publisher attributes (publisher_name, publisher_institution, publisher_url, publisher_type, publisher_email, publisher_phone)?") because I've proposed to migrate that information to the IOOS Metadata Profile (see pull request 56 in the ioos-metadata repo).
