Doing the update fixes the issue with the old version not building in Visual Studio, and that required some changes to the chagnelog to keep the new parser happy.

I was trying to test some other changes and fell over the problem where the old KeepAChangeLog breaks the builds in Visual Studio, and then doing the update required tweaking the changelog to keep the new parser happy.
