- Introduced a new field in EpochActivityMessage to store fees by VRF vkey hash. - Updated State struct to manage fees associated with blocks minted during the epoch. - Modified handle_fees method to correctly accumulate fees based on block numbers. - Adjusted tests to validate the new fees tracking functionality.
