I know that the best practice is to only refactor when truly necessary. Consider this a "Random Act of Refactoring", as mentioned by Katrina Owen in "Therepeutic Refactoring". :-)
Basically, I thought the controller action from 11 years ago (that I think I wrote?) was bloated and could be simplified. Why not use the object
JobPostRequestsince it's there?
