Context behind the change
In skeleton annotation tasks, it can be difficult or even impossible to annotate the correct object, if there are several objects inside a RoI. This PR allows EO to put a point marker along with object bbox in the RoI images. Points have to be passed in the
boxesfield of the manifest, they are required.How has this been tested?
