Changed the sortable boxes, so each user now has its own lane.
It is now possible to change the assignee of a issue without changing the status.
Every assignee will now be shown as an empty lane if it has no issues assigned.

I removed the estimated hours check, once the behaviour is inconsistent. A user with 10 issues not estimated would not appear on the lane, but if he has at least one, all issues would appear (even unestimated).

The diff is a little messy because I reformatted the code. I can point the changes if you need.

Changed the sortable divs.

Added the same context menu that is shown on the issue list.
The only caveat is that only one issue can be changed at a time.
