• Added InternalError to possible exceptions as it is
  raised in case of error codes not mapped to specific
  exceptions. Thus connection pool decreases open connection
  counter as expected.
• SERVER_SHUTDOWN (1053, "Server shutdown in progress")
  error is now raised as OperationalError as it matches
  operational errors definition. Was not mapped -> InternalError.
