Fix duplicate records in database

select sub, count(*) from useradmin.connection group by sub having count(sub)>1;

|AA3 |4    |

Also rename column from french "connexion" to english "connection".

Have keep temporally old ConnectionsService.removeDuplicates() (marked for removal).
