Changes

  • Changes RMQ send method to use a finite-state machine for program flow control. (See RabbitMqConnectionFactory)
  • Adds custom exception classes and BrokerExceptionHandler. BrokerExceptionHandler logs out and creates the broker errors to be thrown. Updates existing classes to use custom broker exceptions.

This branch and our mainline 4.0 branch has test failures. Those tests are independent of these changes.
