Fix the wrong path. Then EarlGrey.xcodeproj works properly.

Where are you running this file from? This has to be called from the root directory of the EarlGrey folder.

Thanks for this PR though, I'm sending an update to the script which will always install the submodules in the EarlGrey root no matter what EarlGrey/ subdir it's called from.
