This PR allows the user to set a fixed layout, that will always be used for edge-snapping and zones on-screen.
It does not apply to the zone selector.
This way, one set of layouts can be used for edge-snapping, while many others are available via the selector, without swapping them.
Disabled by default.
Closes #152
