i also changed the format a bit. i mean its still the accordian, just before that was used as steps for the things wed do and the order wed do them. thats useful internally i figured, but i doubt most users really care what exactly the order is. so now things are broken out by category sort of. it creates instances of slight redundancy, but i figure thats not really hurting anything to the small handful of ppl that actually read the whole thing. but its useful to the group of ppl who just want to read about a topic. happy to discuss format or content, either one!
