Thanks @MarvinRudolph , I didn't know about bumpp. I normally release from the dist folder so I guess we need to change this to:

Run tests
Bump/Commit/Tag/Push
Build (with the new bumped package.json)
Move to dist folder
Release

Does that make sense?
