Note: I didn't have the oppoturnity to test this as I wasn't able to start the bot (some listener always fail to return superclass as not null and therefore it doesn't finish loading) |

Hey,
this is continuation PR of #269, I have remade the system to support more notices, even though it is not entirely flexible, it supports multiple notices.
